The draft will bring together multiple needs that staff have studied since 2019, Graziani said, including a proposed public works building estimated at about $44 million and a broader capital picture that could approach $50 million depending on scope. “This is going to be the year where we’re making a lot of big decisions,” Graziani said, noting the borough amassed roughly $350,000 in planning and studies since 2019 and has bought equipment funded by a stormwater utility fee.
