Taos County commissioners approved Resolution 2025‑12 to participate in a New Mexico Department of Transportation State Road Fund cooperative agreement to provide matching funds for Blueberry Hill Road phase 3.
Joe Fernandez, Taos County public works director, told the commission the cooperative agreement will support matching funds tied to earlier ARPA funding and that phase 3 covers the segment "from Petrie Road clear all the way back down to 240." Fernandez said he hoped weather would allow work to begin within weeks on aprons and areas already started further down the route.
A motion to approve Resolution 2025‑12 was made and the measure passed on a voice vote recorded as unanimous.
