- 522 East Government Street, Unit 12 — Final approval to replace five existing windows with Andersen 400-series vinyl‑clad wood windows (no divided lights) and to replace cedar siding with Hardy plank siding to be painted Sherwin‑Williams Colonial Revival Gray with Sherwin‑Williams Classical White trim. - 601 North Palafox Street (former St. Michael's School/Episcopal Day School drop-off) — Final approval for new porte cochere, squared columns, extended walkway, ceiling fans and light fixtures, brick pavers and artificial turf in the auto court; board approved an addendum that any extension of columns into city park/right-of-way would be handled later under abbreviated review contingent on parks approval/licensed use. Motion carried.
- 36 South Palafox Street — Final approval to replace nine existing vinyl windows with Andersen 400-series aluminum-clad wood windows with full divided lights and to apply mineral masonry paint to match existing color. Motion carried.
- 400 South Jefferson Street — Quasi-judicial variance(s) approved to allow larger signage: increase allowable signage from 12 sq. ft. to 47 sq. ft. and increase maximum sign height for the Zaragoza Street frontage; the board granted the requested variance(s) after finding the property’s scale and civic use justify larger signage. Motion carried. Subsequent aesthetic review approved a painted metal corner blade sign (approximately 2 ft by 23.5 ft) with illuminated routed letters; condition: bracket design to incorporate some scroll elements from the building’s existing ornament and return via abbreviated review for final bracket details.
- 909 & 100 East Garden Street — The board granted conceptual approval for exterior improvements to the contributing structure and asked the applicant to return with final materials/finishes and to incorporate the board’s comments on unifying elements and storefront rhythm. Motion carried as conceptual approval; applicant will return for final review.
