Staff working to obtain paper final statements from MissionSquare after website changes

Retirement system staff told the Oklahoma City Deferred Compensation Board on March 3, 2025, that they have asked MissionSquare to mail paper copies of final account statements following the vendor’s recordkeeper transition and website changes.
Staff said MissionSquare had limited online access for accounts with zero balances and that, although some accounts may still show balances online, the retirement office requested that all accounts be closed and paper copies be provided. As of the meeting, staff said they had not yet received the requested paper statements and continued to follow up with MissionSquare to resolve outstanding access and statement issues.
The chair adjourned the meeting at 1:38 p.m.
