The City Council of Moore on March 3 approved a rezoning application (RZ-ten48) and a companion lot split for property owned by Darren Shane Davidson, changing the zoning from A-1 to A-2 to permit the lot to be divided into two parcels of approximately 2.5 acres each.
Staff told the council the site is north of Southeast 30 Fourth Street and east of Sunny Lane Road, is currently developed with a residence on the east side, and is not served by public water and sewer. Planning staff said the proposed lot split…
