Commissioner Johnson moved to approve the surplus request; Commissioner Baker seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote with Commissioners Baker and Johnson and Mayor Lloyd recorded as voting yes.
The commission directed staff to post the vehicle as surplus and to report back when sale or replacement options are identified. No dollar amount for the expected sale or the replacement truck was given in the transcript.
