The committee approved an Emergency Appropriation Ordinance to amend the McLean County Fiscal Year 2025 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance so the county can receive a subaward tied to a Bureau of Justice Assistance grant administered through AOIC. The chair said the contract was signed by the chair in January; staff reported the total award is $275,350 with an annual amount of $93,800. The motion to approve the appropriation was made by Member Roseman and seconded by Member Byrne.
Members approved administrative salary adjustments for the Child Advocacy Center (grant-funded adjustments required by DCFS grant terms) on a motion by Member Burns, second by Member Hansen.
