Alderman Scribe moved to approve the two-lot certified survey map, subject to the application and plans on file. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote, recorded as unanimous approval.
The council did not record additional conditions or public comment on the item in the Feb. 11 transcript. Approval advances the property toward the next steps required under the city's permitting and recording processes.
