Common Council approves settlement agreement and final plat for Theophilia Estates at 5751 S. Sunny Slope Road

The New Berlin Common Council unanimously approved a settlement agreement and the final plat for Theophilia Estates, a development at 5751 South Sunny Slope Road, during its Feb. 11 meeting.

Alderman Scribe, reporting for the Plan Commission, said the Plan Commission considered the item on Feb. 3 and recommended approval by unanimous vote.
