- Beer-permit relinquishments: The council accepted the relinquishment of a beer permit from Michaels of Athens LP (doing business as Michaels Casual Dining, caterer, 925 Congress Parkway North) and from Tennessee CVS Pharmacy LLC (CVS Pharmacy #3783, packaged beer store, 928 Decatur Park). - Reconsideration of North City School demolition motion: The council voted to reconsider its earlier December 2024 motion concerning demolition; the motion to reconsider passed on a 3–2 roll call.
