"Staff recommends the Board of Zoning Appeals approve the requested variance with 1 condition and that condition being that the proposed accessory structure shall not be located within the identified flood zone," said Ms. Snyder, planning staff, during the hearing. The board voted verbally in roll call: Mr. McGinnis, Ms. Caldwell and Mr. Perrin all voted yes; one member, Mr. Madewell, was excused. The motion passed.
