Fernandez told the commission there was an earlier dwelling on the property that was removed in the 1980s and that the existing driveway will continue to be used.
After a short exchange and no objections from adjoining property owners, the commission took a roll-call vote. Commissioners recorded in the transcript — Tom Hunter, Sheila Herkall, Paul Stone, Scott Smith, Tom Cherry and Upmeyer — voted yes. The commission staff advised the applicant to stay in contact with the area plan office for the remaining steps in the permitting and billing process.
