One additional bid arrived after the deadline; staff recommended not considering that late bid because including it could subject the other bids to challenge. The board voted by voice to accept the timely bids under advisement and defer award to the April meeting.
Board members thanked the contractors for submitting bids and noted a good turnout. No further substantive discussion occurred on the project during the meeting.
