- Ordinance 02501-8 (second reading): Appropriated $4,044.71 to Parks and Recreation from insurance recovery. Motion by Councilman Juvan; second by Councilman Carter. Passed unanimously.
- Ordinance 02502-9 (first reading): Appropriated $71,750 from insurance recovery for replacement of a brick mailbox at Gallatin Public Works. Motion by Councilman Jones; second by Councilman Carter. Passed first reading unanimously.
- Ordinance 2502-10 (first reading): Appropriated funds for required safety footwear. Motion by Councilman Alexander; second by Councilman Gervontz. Passed first reading unanimously.
- Resolution R2502-4: Authorized the Parks and Recreation Department to apply for a Lowe’s Hometown Grant. Motion by Councilman Carter; second by Councilman Gervontz. Passed unanimously.
- Approval of minutes: Minutes from Jan. 21 and Feb. 4 were approved unanimously.
- Motion to study meeting frequency: Councilman Alexander moved and Councilman Gervontz seconded a motion to study switching council meetings from weekly to twice monthly. The council voted in favor to study the change; staff was directed to return with research and proposed code changes if the council wishes to proceed.
