Staff said the work will include document review and periodic site inspections at points when additional specialist oversight is needed; city staff expect to perform most site work. The amendment was described as time-and-materials and was presented with an estimated total of $17,510; staff clarified the figure is an estimate and not a not-to-exceed amount. A motion to approve the amendment was seconded and approved.
