- Franklin Street lift station rehabilitation (Change Order No. 1): Approved a contract completion date extension for TJ's Excavating from May 1, 2025, to November 1, 2025, with no cost change. Notes: Staff attributed the extension to long lead times on specified valves and supply-chain delays; Wisconsin DNR (Clean Water) staff approved the revised completion date.
- Pay estimates: The committee approved 16 pay estimates as presented (including a corrected contract amount for Municipal Well & Pump of $80,100 and payment for a delivered generator to TJ's Trucking). Motion by Steven Knott; second by Sabrina Steger. Outcome: Approved (unanimous).
Several agenda items were informational only, including an update on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation State Trunk Highway 157 (Main Street) project, which staff said remains on track for construction in 2028 and will have a public information meeting in spring/summer 2025.
