Matthew Orr of Sebago Technics presented a site‑plan application for a proposed 17,640 sq. ft. two‑story office and storage flex building on Lot 2, Eastview Parkway, in the Park North/Portland Road area. The project would be the new headquarters and warehouse for Main Contract Flooring, which is relocating from Westbrook.
Orr said the site will be served by existing subdivision utilities (underground power, water, sewer) and will discharge stormwater to an existing wet pond constructed as part of the subdivision. The board reviewed the city engineer's outstanding comments and landscape peer‑review work in progress; board members indicated they were familiar with the Park North area and did not request a site walk. The Planning Board voted 5‑0 to find the application complete and scheduled a public hearing for April 15 (staff said the item could be moved to April 1 if scheduling allows and notice requirements are met).
