Board members and staff inspected newly activated dark‑sky compliant exterior lights and confirmed a recent inspection by the electrical inspector. After discussion the board granted the three waivers, found the application complete, and scheduled a public hearing for April 1. The applicants said the units meet fire‑rating and access requirements and that the planned interior changes are limited to kitchenettes.
