Board warns restaurant after rooftop band violation; continues progress report to June 10

Board members said they were sympathetic given the scale of the owner's investment but emphasized that a repeat violation could trigger modification or revocation.
After discussion the board continued the progress report to June 10 with instructions for staff monitoring and a recommendation that the City set a revocation/modification hearing if further violations occur. Staff will report test results and any complaints at the June meeting.
