At its March 4 meeting the Sandy Springs City Council and the Public Facilities Authority recorded these formal actions and approvals:
- PFA Agenda item PFA-2025-02: Resolution approving the parking fee schedule for the City Springs development — Approved (motion by Dr. Melody Kelly; second by Melissa Mueller). Vote: unanimous aye.
- PFA Agenda item PFA-2025-03: Resolution awarding a contract to 12 Oaks Parking LLC for parking management services for the City Springs complex and authorizing the general manager to execute the contract — Approved (motion by Dr. Melody Kelly; second by Melissa Mueller). Vote: unanimous aye.
- Council Agenda item 2025050: First amendment to the contract for loan guarantee assistance under Section 108 (42 U.S.C. § 5308) for the Roswell Road multi-year sidewalk project — Approved (motion by John Paulson; second by Dr. Melody Kelly). Vote: unanimous aye.
- Council Agenda item 2025051 (ABL #27724): Approval of an alcoholic beverage license application for Canton Cooks Georgia Inc., d/b/a Canton Cooks at 5984 Roswell Road (beer and wine for consumption on premises) — Approved (motion by Melissa Mueller; second by John Paulson). Vote: unanimous aye.
- Council Agenda item 2025052 (ABL #27631): Approval of an alcoholic beverage license application for MBD Mister 001 Sandy Springs LLC, d/b/a Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza at 6405 Bluestone Road (beer, wine and distilled spirits for consumption on premises; change of ownership) — Approved (motion by Melissa Mueller; second by Dr. Melody Kelly).
