A motion to adjourn to closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) was made and seconded. The clerk called the roll; the record shows the following votes in favor: President Johnson (yes), Trustee Holm (yes), Trustee Nugent (yes), Trustee Ranucci (yes), Trustee Smalley (yes), and Trustee Wisniewski (yes). The board then entered closed session.
