Red Bank appoints three new members to Public Arts Citizens Advisory Board

"I'm really excited about this. It's been one of my goals," Billings said, noting prior service on a public art and cultural commission in Northern California and current teaching at Hart Gallery and at Carthage Hospital (her daytime employer). Philip Lucky said he is "honored to be able to serve" and described an interest in helping communities communicate through public art. Julie Goss said she attended Savannah College of Art and Design and currently works at the Public Education Foundation.
Director Johnson thanked the volunteers and noted the appointments will fill vacancies that had slowed the advisory board’s early work. The work session included the appointees’ brief remarks; there was no formal vote recorded during this work session portion of the meeting.
