Red Bank reaffirms participation in county Child Protective Investigative Team

"This is just a formal agreement between agencies, within Hamilton County that about every 2 to 3 years were asked to, sign," Chief Seymour said. He explained the MOU sets out participation and incorporates professional mental-health and medical professionals, the district attorney’s office and the Children’s Advocacy Center as a facilitator of the response. Seymour said there were no changes to the agreement and the item is a routine renewal.
Commissioners asked only clarifying questions; the work session record shows staff described the MOU as a renewal with no substantive updates. No formal action or vote was recorded during the work session.
