Davenport CAC approves Feb. 10 minutes and accepts financial report through January

At the start of its March 3 meeting the Davenport City Citizens Advisory Committee approved the Feb. 10, 2025 meeting minutes by voice vote.
The committee then accepted the financial report through January after a staff summary. Heather, CDBG program staff, told members the office is "fully caught up" after earlier delays in receiving information from HUD and said an expected draw for a particular partner had not yet been reflected in the report but was expected in a subsequent month. A motion to accept the financial report passed on a roll-call vote.
