Jenny Reed, research data supervisor in the data analytics division, opened the meeting and said, "welcome to Energy Safety's public meeting to consider adoption of the Energy Safety Data Guidelines version 4."
The adoption fulfills a statutory requirement: "Government Code 15475.6 requires Energy Safety to adopt guidelines setting forth the requirements, format, timing and any other matters required to exercise its powers, perform duties and meet its responsibilities," Reed said. Reed then read…
