District staff said construction is underway at the Community Drive site near Sheldon Lake and the indoor practice facility, and that the county has required stoplights and roadway widening at two intersections to handle projected traffic. “We had a transportation impact analysis done, and the county came back and said, this is what you have to have,” a staff member identified in the meeting as Mister Webster said. “They told us that we have to expand Community Drive to have 2 lanes turning southbound, 1 right turn lane turning northbound.”
