- Minutes: The council approved minutes for the Jan. 14 and Jan. 28 meetings by voice vote.
- Town Hall mural supplemental funding: The council approved a $14,503 supplemental appropriation for the Town Hall mural restoration, to come from the historic preservation reserve. Councilors voting yes in the roll call included Councilor Izzo, Councilor Palumbo, Councilor Piccherelli, Councilor Arasian, Councilor Bays, Councilor Feltner, Councilor Gannon, Councilor Gardner and President Sedaris.
- Stormwater advisory committee appointment: The council recommended (and later approved) the appointment of Joseph Gano to the Stormwater Advisory Committee for a term ending July 15, 2025. - Intersection naming: The Committee on Public Works recommended naming the intersection of Dexter Avenue and Hazel Street for Arshile Gorky, subject to Department of Public Works coordination on sign size and wording; the council approved that recommendation by voice vote.
- Committee report acceptances and appointment referrals: The council accepted committee reports from Rules & Ordinances and Public Works. The manager’s requests to appoint Jesse Needleman to the Public Arts and Culture Committee and Wallace Cole to the Environment and Energy Efficiency Committee were referred to the appropriate committees for review and confirmation.
