Yakima County adopts broad consent agenda including housing and labor agreements

(dba Aspect Consulting) for cost-reimbursement-plan work; and a construction-funding agreement with the Public Works Board to support construction of a greenhouse-gas collection and control system at the Shane Landfill.
Commissioner Curtis moved to approve the consent agenda as read; another commissioner seconded. The board approved the consent agenda by voice vote. Commissioner McKinney was excused from the meeting; the record shows the consent agenda was adopted without recorded opposition.
