Contractor asks for extension to finish Miller Park Pavilion; staff requests March 20 deadline

County staff presented a request for a contract time extension for the Miller Park Pavilion to March 20 so a contractor can finish remaining work.

A staff representative told the board that a final inspection found approximately seven items that still need completion, but that the pavilion is, in its current status, completed. The contractor had requested more time because of weather conditions. Staff asked the board to grant an extension to the twentieth of the month to allow the contractor to finish outstanding items.
