Port Washington council approves Highland Point Phase 3 final plat

Bob Harris presented an aerial and described phase locations: phase 1 is built, phase 2 under construction, and the final plat before the council covers the area outlined in red on the plan. Harris said the item had been recommended for approval by the plan commission and that staff likewise recommended approval.
A motion to approve the Highland Point Phase 3 final plat was made and seconded; Alderman Neumeier was recorded as the second. The council approved the motion by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
