The Saint Charles City Council unanimously approved an omnibus consent motion and later adopted a resolution authorizing publication and sale of the city’s 2025 official zoning map during its March 3, 2025 meeting.
Alderman Besner moved to approve the omnibus vote; Alderman Bunn seconded. The roll call for that motion recorded affirmative votes from Patrilla, Wehrvall, Kester, Weber, Zukaitis, Bainger, Hunt and Valencia. The motion carried as recorded.
Under new business the council considered a resolution authorizing publication and sale of the 2025 City of St. Charles official zoning map. The resolution was moved by Vanguard and seconded by Lencioni. The roll call recorded affirmative votes from Petrillo, Roald, Pfizer, Weber, Zukaitis, Vanguard and Munn. The motion carried as recorded.
The meeting record shows committee reports with no further items and no public comments. The council then adjourned.
