Representative Butler said his district’s K‑12 schools sometimes graduate fewer than 30 students and therefore previously did not receive a CCR score.
Chairman White and other members indicated the amendment addressed earlier questions; the committee then voted. The clerk reported 7 ayes and 0 nos. House Bill 3‑92, as amended, was sent to full Education.
