Council approves downtown Cruise Night route, organizers to coordinate with police

The motion to approve the street closures and event logistics passed by voice vote; staff noted the event date would be one week earlier than usual this year to avoid a conflict at the fairgrounds and that participants purchase spots and display a participant sticker on the vehicle.
