At its Feb. 24 meeting the Greenwood Advisory Planning Commission continued multiple primary-plat items to the March 24 meeting so petitioners could address technical-review committee comments.
Centerville Park (PC2024-077) — Staff requested a continuance after identifying outstanding items including street calming, drainage, and a curb cut requiring coordination with the Indiana Department of Transportation. Taylor Navarre, representing Lennar Homes, asked for a 30-day continuance; the commission continued the matter to the March 24 meeting by unanimous vote (9-0).
Leatherwood Trails (BC2024-481) — Rhine Homes representative Mike Gordon said a traffic study remained outstanding and requested a 30-day continuance to submit that study to the technical review committee. Staff agreed. Commissioner Walker moved to continue to March 24; Commissioner Price seconded, and the motion carried 9-0.
Sacro Park primary plat — the commission noted this item had also been continued to March 24 during the meeting's recap.
Why it matters: The continuances give petitioners time to address TRC comments and provide studies (for example, a traffic study) required before the commission can make recommendations on the primary plats.
Ending All continuance motions recorded at this time carried unanimously, and the items will return to the March 24 meeting for further action.
