The Framingham City Appointments Subcommittee adjourned its Feb. 26 meeting after the scheduled applicant failed to appear.
Appointments Subcommittee member Leslie White Harvey, Appointments Subcommittee member Janet Lambruno and Appointments Subcommittee member George King were listed as in attendance. With no applicant present and no minutes to consider, the subcommittee moved to adjourn and agreed to place the applicant, Deb Lincoln, on the agenda for the next meeting.
An unidentified subcommittee member moved to adjourn, saying, “I move we adjourn.” The same or another unidentified member noted the applicant was not present and proposed rescheduling. The meeting then proceeded to a voice vote. Member George King, Member Leslie White Harvey and an unidentified subcommittee member voted in favor; the motion passed and the meeting was adjourned.
No date for the next Appointments Subcommittee meeting was specified during the discussion. The subcommittee said it will consider Deb Lincoln’s application to the Housing Authority at the next scheduled meeting.
