CPC extends meeting time and adjourns by roll-call votes; public hearings scheduled

The committee voted to extend the meeting to 9:50 p.m.; the roll-call sequence recorded votes of "yes" from Bob, Judy, Dave, Steven, Karen, Kevin, Mary Anne and Tom, and the motion carried.
At the end of the agenda the committee moved to adjourn; a roll-call vote recorded yes votes from Kevin, Mary Anne, Karen, Steven, Dave, Judy, Bob, Anthony and Don Reyes and the meeting was adjourned.
Committee staff also announced a public hearing on March 24, 2025, at which the trail proposals and the history center projects will return for resident comment and for committee action. Staff said applicants should be prepared to present again and to supply requested clarifications on budgets and parcel/control documentation ahead of that hearing.
