Rebecca Nauer, the conservation administrator, described proposed improvements including ADA-compliant picnic tables, accessible bench seating, bike racks, bike-repair stations (with tools and air pump), wayfinding kiosks and limited boardwalks or stream crossings where trails are currently impassable.
