On a consent agenda vote earlier in the meeting, the council approved the final plan for a 40-unit single-family development at Stanwood Crossings and the final plan for a 46-unit rental housing development at Creekside. The council also passed a five-year renewal of the city’s weed-treatment program, a recurring resolution the council said has been in effect since 1988 and is renewed every five years.
