Commissioner (name not specified) made the motion to approve the change of hours, it was seconded, and the board took a roll call vote. Commissioners Cerniello, DeAngelis, McCullough, Medrano and the chair voted aye; the motion passed 5–0.
The vote includes the standard conditions required by the commission: payment of all applicable taxes and fees, and approval by city departments, including inspections and required paperwork. The licensing coordinator noted the application on file lists the new hours as 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., seven days a week.
