At its March committee meeting the Finance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee approved the amended 2025 appropriation ordinance (Ordinance 156-2025) that includes the $4.6 million transfer to the Neighborhood Equity Fund and approved Ordinance 1061-2024 to create the North Coast Waterfront New Community Authority, as reported in separate articles.
