City to pursue education, not code change, after committee's bird-friendly building recommendation

Committee members expressed disappointment that code changes were not recommended but welcomed staff’s offer to create educational outreach for developers and building professionals. Justin said he would work on educational materials and present them to departmental staff via the city’s Friday email distribution.
