The board conducted a roll-call-style vote on the motion to continue; members who spoke on the record (Jesse Geller, Wagner and the chair) recorded votes in favor and the chair announced the motion passed unanimously.
The continuation means the ZBA will take up 6 York Terrace at the Feb. 13 meeting; applicants were instructed to submit revised materials to staff ahead of that date.
