Select Board approves minutes, omnibus miscellaneous items and two appointments

Minutes and omnibus items: The board voted to approve the Jan. 7, 2025 minutes and to approve the listed miscellaneous items in omnibus fashion; one item (6f) had been withdrawn because it was a duplicate.
Appointments: The board approved two appointments: Select Board member David Perlman will serve as the Select Board representative and chair of the Committee of Seven for the Jack Curran Ice Rink; Elizabeth J. Armstrong was named as the Preservation Commission representative to a naming committee. Staff noted a late clarification to a memo to reflect the board’s prior September recommendation about the rink (that it remain in its current location and not be covered).
Vote: All actions were approved unanimously.
