City attorney reports third payment on 300 Building, motion to dismiss filed in trailer park case, forthcoming summary-judgment filing

Raffentura said the owners or parties associated with the “300 Building” made their third of four payments of $250,000; the finance department confirmed receipt on Feb. 20. “So we're proceeding well with that,” he said.
