The council approved revised minutes from the regular meetings of Nov. 18, 2024 and Feb. 10, 2025 after a roll-call vote that recorded a 7-0 tally. The council then approved a motion to allow a Historic Preservation Commission presentation an extended five-minute period by voice vote.
Later in the meeting the consent agenda (items 1–16), which the council described as noncontroversial and previously reviewed at a study session, was adopted by a 7-0 roll call.
Under new business the council accepted a quitclaim deed presented by the Department of Law to secure a road right-of-way from the owner identified in the memorandum as "Nincenzo Longo" of Vision Family Homes; the council recorded the motion and approved the acceptance by a unanimous vote.
