"Within seconds, Sean Boland's employee and bartender, Dylan France...applied the Heimlich maneuver, causing the object to become dislodged from the man's airway and the victim quickly regained his ability to breathe," she said. The mayor added that "without any fanfare, Mr. France went back to work."
