Bids for emulsified asphalt (unit price and estimated totals) included offers from Idaho Asphalt Supply, Albina Asphalt and Ergon Asphalt with unit prices reported in the meeting; hot‑mix material bids were received from Central Washington Asphalt and Humbert Asphalt.
Dan Mack said these are material bid openings; award decisions will be made later as the county evaluates unit prices and quantities. No awards were announced at the meeting.
