Public commenter says ESWD wastewater upgrade is moving to UV disinfection; public tours encouraged

"We are actually bringing things online. And your, community now, disinfection wise, use, uses ultraviolet light instead of chlorine disinfection," the commenter said, adding that the change reduces reliance on chlorine supply constraints the commenter attributed to 2021.
The commenter encouraged residents interested in the project to contact ESWD for tours. No formal county action or vote was recorded; the remark was given as public comment.
