No formal motion to commence litigation was made or approved during this regular session. Commissioners directed that the pulled item be discussed at the work session; the matter’s timing was left contingent on that discussion.
The board adjourned the regular session and scheduled a joint public meeting with Oak Harbor City Council at 2:30 p.m. the same day.
