Commissioners discussed that the Farm Bureau’s letter requests reconsideration of the decision designating a nonessential experimental population under section 10(j) and cites actions by the National Park Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
One commissioner noted the Farm Bureau requested a signature template and said the county would not send a signed signature block until signature lines were compiled; staff and commissioners agreed to provide a signature block for the Farm Bureau to attach. The clerk was directed to follow up with the Farm Bureau’s contact. The motion passed by voice vote.
The board recorded no amendments to the motion. The clerk will email an affirmation to the Farm Bureau and store any received correspondence in the public record.
